We learned a lot about communication recently. It's probably a good time to make a new pitch for the project. The README is important because it is visible at the following locations:

git repo
gtihub mirror of the git repo
docker hub page of the image
crates.io for our crates

We probably already have enough material to not have to write too much new stuff.
