edolstra/flake-compat is unmaintained. Use the maintained fork in nix-community.

I made inputs.cargo2nix follow that one as well, rather than having two flake-compats in the closure.

I slightly moved things around in nix/common.nix, mostly to align more with how the default.nix proposed in flakes-compat README looks like.

1bbf604224 flake.nix: switch to nix-community/flake-compat 
edolstra/flake-compat is unmaintained.

cargo2nix also still pulls in edolstra/flake-compat, make it follow the
nix-community one.

This is still a bit confusing, as normally the flake.defaultNix attrset
gets exposed via a top-level default.nix, but at least it brings us
closer to that.
