Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
nextcloud's new upload functionality changes how it uses the s3 api. it's now expecting to be able to list parts of an upload while passing a part number marker of 0. garage erroneously leaves off the first part in this scenario, treating a part number marker of 0 the same as a part number marker of 1
solution would be to allow 0 as a part number marker.
