Publishing binaries for each version of Garage would be beneficial to implementers. Indeed, they wouldn't need to recompile it, as it can take substantial time, especially on small machines, or ARM platforms.

Or maybe not, we might just need the when: event: tag and publish the binary in a s3 bucket, ie. publishing garage in garage.
