I've updated the config for woodpecker-server and woodpecker-agent from 2.3.0 to 2.4.0.

I'm interested by this update to be able to more elegantly inject secrets as environment variable (cf their documentation)

I'm assigning it to @lx because he is the one who've setup Woodpecker (and @maximilien who invited me to create a PR when asked about a potential update on Matrix)
