I followed the documentation and got an error if the layout's version was not specified ``` garage layout apply Error: Internal error: Please pass the new layout version number to ensure that you are writing the correct version of the cluster layout. In case `rpc_public_addr` is not set, but autodiscovery is used, this allows filtering the list of automatically discovered IPs to a specific subnet.
