This is an outcome from migrating away from minio.
With changing this value, it works pretty fine.
It is misleading and could people frustrate while testing if garage is worth to replace minio.

This value raise the following error

S3 operation failed; code: AuthorizationHeaderMalformed, message: Authorization header malformed, unexpected scope: 20241014/region/s3/aws4_request, resource: /BUCKETNAME/FILENAME.zip, request_id: None, host_id: None
