Peertube 5.0 supports setting object ACL for not exposing private videos publicly from the S3 endpoint, see release notes for details: https://github.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube/releases/tag/v5.0.0

This behavior is unsupported when using Garage web endpoint. Maybe support will be fixed when Peertube later supports using separate buckets for public and private videos.

This is being tested at TeDomum, so we will provide feeback.
